During a Reiki session you will relax on a massage table, fully clothed, and the practioner will allow the energy to flow from the hands to the client’s body through established hand positions to allow the body to accept the energy flow. Most people have an instant sense of relaxation and stress relief. They often fall asleep but feel energized once the session is over. It takes 3-4 sessions for the body to rebalance its energy and after that only maintenance sessions are required.

Immerse yourself in the sounds of drumming, crystal bowls and toning while receiving Reiki for the optimal healing experience. Two practitioners will perform a healing session with a combination of Reiki and sound healing.

Distance Reiki can be used for someone having surgery or who is not physically able to come for a session. The Reiki can be transferred to the client before surgery to relax a patient and after the surgery to help speed up the recovery.

Spot treatments can be used for anyone who does not have time to have an entire session but needs Reiki in a particular area. Most people use it for backs, knees, shoulders, etc when they want more of a concentration of Reiki for particular areas.

The Chakras are the points within our bodies that center our energy. They are often described as disks or wheels that spin. There are 7 major and many minor chakras in every area of the body. This balancing helps all the chakras balance to each other through touch from the souls of you feet to the top of your head. It is not a Reiki session nor is Reiki used in the Chakra balancing.
